Refund policy

At LumenTail, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at arthur.wright7273@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items For hygiene reasons, certain pet hygiene products may not be eligible for return once opened. This will be clearly noted on the product listing.

Damaged or incorrect items If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
